Artist Management Software Compared: MyShowPage vs Stagent, Gigwell, Overture
Artist management software replaces the spreadsheet, the Google Calendar, the invoicing tab, the rider PDF and the 3 am email chain with one record per show that every workflow reads and writes. This is a comparison of the four platforms an artist or agency in India is likely to shortlist in 2026: MyShowPage, Stagent, Gigwell, and Overture.
We are the makers of MyShowPage, so the comparison below is written to be useful even to a reader who ends up choosing another tool. The features and pricing for the other three are taken from their public pricing and documentation pages at the time of this update. Verify current pricing before you sign.
What to look for in an artist management tool
Before feature-by-feature comparisons, decide which of the four gates matter most to your business. Most tools score well on some and poorly on others.
- One record, or four disconnected modules? A "CRM plus invoicing plus contracts" tool with three separate records for the same show doubles data entry and creates reconciliation errors.
- India tax, natively? GST at 18% under SAC 999631 for artist fees, SAC 998599 for agency commission. TDS on outgoing payouts. Series-per-FY invoice numbering. All of this has to be built in, not a workaround.
- Public surface, or dashboard only? If the tool cannot publish an artist's public page, the artist still needs a Squarespace / Wix / Linktree — that is a second bill and a second source of truth.
- Agency mode? A roster with per-artist views, per-artist P&L and per-artist payouts is a different product from a solo-artist tool.
MyShowPage
Built in India for Indian artists and agencies, launched by Cosmoura Marketing Private Limited in 2026. Single-record model — one events row drives the public profile, CRM, contract, invoice, WhatsApp comms and AI-generated poster.
- Strengths. Native GST + TDS + DPDP; single record per show; public profile at myshowpage.com/@handle out of the box; INR-first pricing with Razorpay; agency mode with per-artist payouts and commission ledger; WhatsApp comms via BookMySMS; AI-generated posters, quote replies and bios; embeddable roster widget for agency websites.
- Trade-offs. New platform, not battle-tested on 10-year workflows; less integration surface than mature international tools; roadmap-heavy at launch.
- Pricing. Artist plans from ₹499 / month, agency plans by roster size. Artists invited by a paying agency are free.
Stagent
Dutch platform, popular among electronic music agencies and European festival bookers. Strong on booking pipeline and shared team inbox.
- Strengths. Mature booking pipeline; team inbox; automated contract flow; established with European electronic music agencies.
- Trade-offs. Priced in EUR; no GST or SAC awareness — Indian invoicing requires a workaround; no TDS reconciliation; no DPDP; no built-in public artist profile.
- Best for. An EU-based booking agency with an international roster and no India-specific tax needs.
Gigwell
US platform focused on the booking workflow and back-end financials for agencies and managers. Strong analytics and revenue dashboards.
- Strengths. Deep booking pipeline; revenue dashboards; well-documented API; established in the US festival and touring circuit.
- Trade-offs. USD pricing at agency-only band; no GST invoicing; no India TDS or DPDP support; no artist-facing public profile — the tool is dashboard-only.
- Best for. A US or international agency with 50+ artists on a mid-to-large touring circuit.
Overture
Newer platform, positioned around live-music booking with a clean UI and an artist-friendly interface.
- Strengths. Modern UI; artist-invite flow; contract e-signature built in; good on the booking-side experience.
- Trade-offs. USD pricing; India tax stack not native; smaller feature set overall than Gigwell; still building agency-side features.
- Best for. A boutique international agency that wants clean UX and does not need India-specific compliance.

Pricing — the hidden India tax
If a tool is priced in USD or EUR and you settle from an Indian bank, the actual cost is the sticker price plus 1–3% FX markup on every card charge, plus the reality that any customer support case eats one working day of overlap because of timezone.
Comparable-tier monthly cost for a 10-artist agency, in September 2026:
| Platform | Sticker | FX + fees | Approx INR / month |
|---|---|---|---|
| MyShowPage Agency | ₹8,000 | Nil | ₹8,000 |
| Stagent | €99+ | +2% | ₹9,500 to ₹15,000 |
| Gigwell | $149+ | +2% | ₹12,500+ |
| Overture | $79+ | +2% | ₹6,700+ |
Approximate INR conversions at ₹85 / USD, ₹92 / EUR. Verify current pricing on each vendor's site before signing.
How to choose
If you are an artist or agency operating primarily in India, the tax and DPDP stack decides it — no international tool handles GST, TDS or DPDP natively, and the workaround (parallel Zoho Books account plus a separate DPDP process) is a bigger operational cost than the software subscription. MyShowPage is the honest recommendation.
If you are a purely international agency with no India roster and no India buyers, the choice is between Stagent (mature, EU), Gigwell (mature, US, deep back-office) and Overture (newer, clean UX). MyShowPage will still work for a global artist but the India-specific features are wasted spend for your case.
