Digital delivery only

MyShowPage, operated by Cosmoura Marketing Private Limited, is a Software-as-a-Service platform accessed at myshowpage.com. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods.

How the Service is delivered

On successful payment via Razorpay (India) or Dodo Payments (international), your subscription is activated instantly and access is granted to your MyShowPage dashboard. A confirmation email with your invoice and account details is sent to your registered email address, typically within a few minutes.

If activation is delayed

Occasionally, a payment webhook may take a few minutes to reach us. If your subscription is not active within 15 minutes of a successful payment:

Check that the payment succeeded on your bank / card statement.
Refresh the dashboard billing page.
Contact [email protected] with the payment reference and we will activate manually within one business day.

No shipping charges

Because no goods are shipped, no shipping, handling or delivery charges are ever added to your invoice.

International customers

The Service is available worldwide subject to applicable export-control and sanctions laws. Certain features (WhatsApp Business, SignupDesk ticketing) are optimised for the Indian market and may not be available in every country.
