Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the MyShowPage platform operated by Cosmoura Marketing Private Limited. It is part of our Terms of Service. Breach of the AUP may result in warning, suspension or termination without refund.

1. Prohibited content

• Unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit material.
• Content that infringes any intellectual-property right (copyright, trademark, publicity right).
• Content that promotes hatred, incites violence, or discriminates on grounds of caste, religion, race, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality.
• Malware, phishing kits, or exploit code.
• Content harmful to minors, including child sexual abuse material (reported to authorities as required by law).
• Content in violation of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) or the applicable laws of any jurisdiction where you or your audience is located.

2. Prohibited activity

• Impersonation of any person, organisation or public figure.
• Fraudulent bookings, invoices or payment activity.
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging via email, SMS or WhatsApp (including via our BookMySMS integration). All outbound messaging must comply with TRAI regulations (India) and applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR).
• Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-downloading other Tenants' data.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, quotas, authentication, or paid feature gates.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code.
• Automated attacks including DDoS, brute-force credential stuffing, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering, sanctions evasion, or terrorist financing.

3. Communications rules

• Include a clear opt-out in every marketing message.
• Honour opt-outs within 24 hours.
• Only message people who have given you verifiable consent.
• Do not use MyShowPage messaging tools to send political, gambling or adult-service promotions in jurisdictions where these are restricted.

4. AI features

• Do not use AI-generation features to create disinformation, deepfakes of real people without consent, or non-consensual sexual content.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing it.
• AI-generated posters must not include a real person's face unless you have that person's written consent.

5. Reporting abuse

Report violations to [email protected]. Include the offending URL / handle and a description. We investigate within 2 business days and act (warning, content takedown, suspension) as appropriate. For urgent safety issues involving minors or credible threats of harm, please also contact local law enforcement.

6. Consequences of violation

We may, at our discretion and without liability: issue a warning; remove offending content; restrict features; suspend the account; terminate the account without refund; report the matter to competent authorities; and cooperate with law-enforcement requests supported by valid legal process.

7. Appeals

You may appeal an enforcement action within 30 days by writing to [email protected]. We will review with someone other than the person who made the original decision.
