Do I need to be GST-registered?
No. Unregistered artists issue plain invoices with the required "not registered under GST" note. When your turnover crosses the threshold, flip a toggle and the rules engine switches you to tax invoices.
What about folk / classical exemption?
Set art-form class at onboarding. Performances ≤ ₹1.5L for non-brand-ambassador folk/classical artists auto-issue as bill of supply with the exempt reason on-invoice.
How does ticketing work?
MyShowPage doesn't sell tickets. Public events push to SignupDesk (our sister product) — you get a Buy button on your page, UPI checkout, QR entry and settlement readback. SignupDesk has its own pricing; bundle discounts available.
Can I leave with my data?
Yes. Full CSV export of clients, events, invoices. Your profile and handle port with you. No exit fee. This is a Cosmoura policy, not marketing copy.
Is my client data safe?
India-hosted primary (Contabo), OVH-Singapore DR. PII encrypted at rest. Every access logged. DPDP-compliant DPA at signup. dComply-grade evidence pack.
Refund policy?
Monthly plans: 7-day money-back on your first month. Annual plans: 14-day full refund cooling-off window, prorated refund of unused whole months if you cancel between day 15 and day 60. Full detail on the /legal/refund page.
What payment methods?
India: Razorpay — UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, in INR. International: Dodo Payments — cards in USD/EUR. Card data never touches our servers.
